Modular construction allow for complex designs to be field assembled in days, not months; and ready for start-up within weeks of initial delivery. .
Let’s talk about the advantages; here are a few…
Construction concurrent with site work to compress time schedule
Scope can include complicated field piping
In-house SCADA and telemetry experts
Single point of responsibilty for design and construction
On budget when properly specified, cost overruns virtually non-existent
“When we specify a project, we want to know what we’re getting. With Harper Haines and EFI’s factory built solution, we knew we would get what we asked for..”

Celebrating 50 years. No other company delivers more municipal water distribution system equipment than EFI.
“We sell very high quality equipment – it’s often very complex. From start to finish, we are hands-on; be it a site visit, contractor meeting, or engineering work session. Some call it extra work…we call it part of the job.” Fred Haines, President of Harper Haines.
EFI Stations are…
Built to any size, supplied complete with all the necessary equipment to allow ease and speed of installation. While they are building your equipment in their Centralia, Illinois factory, your site work can be concurrently constructed, keeping down your time to completion and your project costs.
Skid Mounted Pumping Stations or Speciality Skids can be included in a larger, multi-function building for municipal, industrial, and commercial applications.
They also manufacture…
Below ground, buried water distribution equipment for booster pumping stations, as well as, pressure, flow and metering control stations. The buried station equipment is enclosed in a specially constructed steel capsule. In many cases, buried equipment can be set in the utility right of way and be located below streets, sidewalks and other areas that above ground equipment would be difficult to place.
No other company builds and delivers more municipal water distribution system equipment than EFI. They produce hundreds of individual, customized specialized water distribution system equipment packages every year, and will include desired equipment and brand preferences.
